Once framing is completed and the framing inspection is passed, things begin to really ***SIZZLE.*** Exterior stone and siding is installed and the roof goes on.
No. 12: PRETTY ON THE INSIDE
Once the bones of the home and exterior finishes are in place, next comes the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system. And plumbing and electrical goes in.
No. 13: INSULATION
With lots of options to choose from – including certified green options – we insulate the home according to the specifications our homeowner has decided on.
No. 14: DRYWALL
Now things are really taking shape! Drywall is hung.

Our custom trim carpenter takes over, installing trim, casing windows, securing door jambs and doors, building interior railings, and more.
